Pale of settlement

The social shelter (Center of social adaptation for persons with no fixed abode and occupation and other categories of citizens who got into difficult situations) in Mostovaya 15 is located in the residential area of Samara next to the secondary school. Such a neighbourhood frightens local people, and they appealed to the authorities with a request to relocate the shelter.

Now the shelter guests are provided with accommodation for the night, food, personal care products, clothes, they are delivered with premedical service.

2 divisions function at the shelter — a night division and a stationary day-and-night social division.

As a result of the local citizens' appeal the night division «Mercy» was closed on the 1st of September 28, 2019.

The guests of the night division have had the key of the street.
